About Taif University
Established in 2004, Taif University upholds five core values: transparency, teamwork, excellence, belonging, and being role models. The university's primary campus is situated in Al-Hawiyya, a town within the Taif Governorate, with three additional branch campuses located in Taraba, Khurma, and Ranya. Organized into four colleges encompassing medical, humanities, education, Shari’ah, administration, science, and engineering disciplines, Taif University offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Encouraging student engagement beyond the classroom, the university promotes participation in various extracurricular activities facilitated by the Deanship of Student Affairs and college clubs. These include clubs dedicated to languages, translation, tourism, archaeology, cybersecurity, creativity, and fashion design. Moreover, Taif University houses several research centers such as the High Altitude Research Centre, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre, and Simulation and Medical Training Centre, fostering ongoing research projects throughout the academic year.
