Yildiz Technical University, aiming to be a globally esteemed institution, embodies a distinctive blend of education, research, and cultural richness within Turkey. Situated in Istanbul across two historic campuses, it stands as a prominent government-affiliated university dedicated to fostering societal development and welfare. With roots tracing back to 1911, YTU boasts a century-old legacy of excellence in science, technology, and culture, making it the 3rd oldest university in Turkey. Presently, YTU comprises eleven faculties, predominantly focused on engineering, along with graduate and vocational schools, a School of Foreign Languages, and a student body of over 34,000.
