Ningbo University (NBU), a key institution in Zhejiang, China, and part of the country's "Shuang Yi Liu" ("Double First-Class") Initiative, boasts extensive support from the provincial government, the Ministry of Education (MOE), Ningbo Municipality, and the State Oceanic Administration.
