The Universitat Jaume I in Castelló (UJI) stands as a beacon of public higher education and research, founded in 1991 with a core mission to foster the social, economic, and cultural advancement of its surrounding community through the generation and dissemination of knowledge. Situated as the northernmost university in the Valencian Community and the sole public institution in the province of Castelló, UJI has played a pivotal role in the region's development.
